Overall Vision
Originality Technique Impact-- Good Points --
Visually, the reference sheet is very simple, yet encompasses what is necessary to connect with the character. It's not overly complicated or holds a lot of information, but just enough for a basic introduction to this character. The actual sheet used is fairly dull and not too interesting, but this means it doesn't distract away from the character, nor make it too bright or bold.
Whirlwind herself has a very unique design clearly showing both parts of her parents which, although shows clearly that she is a SoarinFire foal, still gives her a design that is all her own.
The description which accompanies the sheet also gives just enough information to give the character development, but not so overly compact with information that is becomes distracting.
The style Whirlwind was drawn in was very clean, yet simple, and almost indistinguishable from the actual show MLP:FIM

Naturally however, I have to state the possible 'issues' with Whirlwind as well (Although personally I don't see them as real issues or distractions)
The main issue people may find with Whirlwind is that she is a SoarinFire foal, which some may find unoriginal/uncreative, although I personally like her.
It is possible to see that with the over-abundance of SoarinFire foals on DA that someone may dislike this OC, however I don't see that as a real reason to dislike this character, her design or her background.

Overall, I think Whirlwind is a very good OC, and although she could use a little more character development, as a character she already has a recognisable personality and original design. Good work, Kreighzee.
